Pink Ribbon Round-Up Receives Award
On April 21, 2010, Patricia Hodder, Pink Ribbon Round-Up president, accepted the "Promise Makers" award from Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Pittsburgh affiliate. The award was presented to third party organizations which raised over $10,000 in 2009. The Pink Ribbon Round-Up was also recognized for its total contributions of $150,000 in its first four years, making PRR the largest independent contributor to Susan G. Komen Pittsburgh.
